The weather forecast said it's going to rain tomorrow.
Tiānqì yùbào shuō míngtiān yǒuyǔ.
天气预报说明天有雨。
A:
What's the highest temperature tomorrow?
Míngtiān zuìgāo qìwēn shì duōshǎo?
明天最高气温是多少？
Note: "qìwēn" = "air temperature"
B:
It seems it's 35 degrees.
Hǎoxiàng shì 35 dù.
好像是35度。

Dōngnánfēng, fēnglì èr sān jí.
东南风，风力二三级。
Note: "Wind strength 2" means the speed of the wind is 6-11 km/h; a strength of 3 equals 12-19km/h.
The highest temperature will be twenty-nine degrees.
Zuìgāo qìwēn èrshíjiǔ dù.
最高气温二十九度。
